WHAT IS IT? It's a pocket sized instrument for testing automotive electrical systems. It emits a tone that changes pitch in response to voltage changes. One advantage is that it doesn't need to be in your face like a meter. You can hear it testing while you're at the other end of the car, boat, or RV.
